Anthony Iser is a seasoned professional in the field of finance, holding a noteworthy track record in
options and equities trading. Since starting his career in 1995, Anthony has demonstrated a
consistent ability to navigate the complexities of the global financial markets, trading equities and
options for the world’s leading Investment Banks. Over the last 7 years as a Senior Trading Mentor at ITPM, Anthony has mentored hundreds of traders, from rookies to pros. Anthony’s mentees have
gone on to become successful traders including some getting industry roles in London, Singapore,
Shanghai and Melbourne.

Career Progression:
1995: Anthony began his career in Options Trading at JPMorgan, quickly establishing himself as a
leading trader.
2000: Progressed to the Australian Equities Trading Desk at JPMorgan, where he fine-tuned his
trading and market skills.
2004: Anthony then took his expertise to Singapore with JPMorgan, adapting to new market
environments in Asia.
2006: Joined UBS, further enhancing his experience in financial strategies, trading and Hedge Fund
advisory and where he played a role in successfully managing Long / Short equities portfolios which
ranked in the top 25 out of 1000 globally.
2012: At Tantallon Capital Advisors, one of Asia’s leading hedge funds Anthony focused on; Trade
Idea Generation, fine tuning the firms Long / Short portfolio strategy and Trading.
2014: Anthony returned to UBS on the Asia ex Japan Desk,
2017: Senior Trading Mentor at ITPM, sharing his practical knowledge with the next generation of
traders.
Current Position:
Anthony’s primary role is as Senior Trading Mentor at ITPM however, in addition he is also currently
at the helm of the Investment Committee at Heritage Capital Group in Australia, guiding the firm’s
investment decisions.
